31188 of 2016 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the Sixth and seventh respondents, their men or subordinates, from interfering, in any manner whatsoever, with the peaceful possession of the petitioner's property of land measuring 4000 square feet (398.

2. At this stage, the petitioner's representation cannot be entertained, as rightly pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader as there is already a rejection order in Na.Ka.No.E2/5314/2007 dated 27.06.2016 passed by the second respondent, without challenging the same, he cannot seek for an amendment by way filing the present writ petitions.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, both the Writ Petitions are closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
