This application has been filed to amend the long and short causes title of the above rectification petition by substituting TIBBS FOOD PRIVATE LIMITED in the place of the present petitioner Mr.Charanjit Singh Tibb and Jasmit Singh Tibb Partners of M/s.TIBBS BAR0B-Q, the partnership firm;

2. Mr.B.Karthik, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.R.Janarthanam, learned SPCGC submitted in unison that they have no serious objection in allowing the present application.

3. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, and also taking into account that the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respective respondents have no serious objection in allowing the application, the present application is ordered as prayed for.
