This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11010 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15331 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021 passed by this Court as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30., till the filing of charge sheet.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11010 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15331 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
