This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7682 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10061 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
