These Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 97 days in filing the appeals.

2. Though time has been granted to file counter, no counter has been filed.

3. Considering the submission made and on being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavits, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 01.10.2024. If the cost is paid on or before 01.10.2024, these petition stand allowed and the Registry is directed to number the main appeals, if otherwise, in order and post it "for admission" on 03.10.2024.
