O R D E R

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission is the writ petitioner in this writ petition. They have challenged the order passed by the State Information Commission in proceedings dated 12.5.2010, directing the writ petitioner to send the copy of the answer sheets to the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner fairly submitted that by this time the process of selection was completed and therefore, there is no impediment in sending the xerox copies of the answer sheets to the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submissions made the writ petitioner is directed to send the copies of the answer sheets as per the orders of the State Information Commission to the respondent as early as possible.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
