This application has been filed by the defendants seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent / plaintiff, her men and agents from in any manner alienating or encumbering the suit Schedule A property or letting out any portion thereof to any third party pending disposal of the final decree application.

2. In paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit, it has been stated that the respondent undertakes not to alienate the A schedule property during the pendency of the suit.

3. The undertaking of the respondent is recorded and the application is closed.
