O R D E R

Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to conduct the enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.05.2025 under Section 83 of Registration Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband was the absolute owner of the subject properties, which are agricultural lands and due to the health issues of her husband, a portion of the subject land was given to one S.Venkatesan for cultivation. While 2/6

so, on 11.05.2015, the petitioner's husband passed away and after his demise , the petitioner succeeded the properties. Further, he would submit that after the demise of the petitioner's husband, the said S.Venkatesan had created bogus document for the portion of the property impersonating the petitioner's husband. After coming to know of the same, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 16.05.2025 to conduct enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act. However, the same was not considered by the respondents till date, thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondent concerned would consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also upon the submissions made, this Court without going into the merits of the case, 3/6

directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the representation filed by the petitioner dated 16.05.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the 4th respondent as well as to any of the interested parties within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
