ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings 2/6
dated 31.05.2025, whereby the petitioners' request to issue a computerised patta in their name was rejected on the promise that Second Appeal in S.A.No.835 of 2011 is pending.
3.It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the Second Appeal in S.A.No.835 of 2011 was disposed of as early as on 03.08.2011 and therefore, the impugned proceedings suffers from error apparent.
4.On this being pointed out, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents would submit that the petitioners may furnish a copy of the order passed in S.A.No.835 of 2011 to the third respondent, who would consider and pass orders afresh within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 5.In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, rd respondent, to consider the representation there shall be a direction to the 3 dated 30.10.2024 made by the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and any other interested parties/rival claimants, within a period 3/6
of twelve (12) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the respondent concerned to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
