Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for his willful and intentional failure to comply with the order of this Court dated 04.01.2022 made in WP.No.4694 of 2020.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the order dated 04.01.2022 made in WP.No.4694 of 2020 by this Court, thereby directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2019 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by order dated 17.10.2022 of the respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
