Respondent Prayer: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1976, to punish the respondent herein for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 14.03.2022 made in W.P.No.4168 of 2022.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for Contempt of Court for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.4168 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4168 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 has been complied with and to that effect, learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the Government Orders in G.O.(2D) No.32, Commercial Taxes and Registration (E2) Department, dated 17.04.2023 and G.O.(D) No.80, Commercial Taxes and Registration (A2) Department, dated 19.04.2023.

3. Recording the above said submissions, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is so aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the said order in the manner known to law. No costs. 21.04.2023 Index : Yes / No rsi 2/4
