This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.160 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Panrutti.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 12.09.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Panrutti as to how long she will take for disposal of the suit. The learned Judge sent a report explaining the history of the suit without stating the time limit.

3. Though a outer limit has not been stated by the learned Subordinate Judge, Panrutti, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of O.S.No.160 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
