The above Tr.CMP. was disposed of by this Court by order dated 20.12.2019, ordering transfer of HMOP.No.35/2019 from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Gingee for trial along with HMOP.No.8/2019 and to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible without adjourning the matter beyond 45 working days. While so, the matter is listed today seeking extension of time at the instance of the learned Subordinate Judge, Gingee.

Accepting the request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Gingee, in his letter in D.No.659 dated 24.08.2020, further two months time is granted to dispose of the HMOP.Nos.35/2019 and 8/2019.
