ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 27.01.2009 submitted by the petitioner with regard to renewal of his employment registration dated 23.03.2004.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent with a fresh representation to ventilate his grievances.
3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
