Offences alleged are under Section 61 (b)(i) r/w 63 of Copy Right Act, 1957.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The petitioner is alleged to have manufacturing Epson Printer Company Ink with the Trade Mark registered by another person. The case property seized.

5. Considering the above aspects, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner;

(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
