O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to respondents 4 and 5 to sanction the annual increment for the year 2009, 2010 and special grade pay for the post of Middle School Headmaster to the petitioner with effect from 13.12.2009.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 08.02.2016 to the Registry stating that now the respondents have assured to sanction the annual increment for the year 2009, 2010 and special grade pay for the post of Middle School Headmaster to the petitioner, on condition to withdraw the writ petition. Hence, the petitioner is willing to withdraw the writ petition. He would further stated that if the respondents failed to sanction the annual increment for the year 2009, 2010 and special grade pay for the post of Middle School Headmaster to the petitioner, the petitioner reserves his right and liberty to file a fresh writ petition for the same cause of action.
