WMP Nos.32462, 32464 and 32466 of 2016 and WMP Nos.37913 to 37915 of 2017 and WP Nos.37863, 37864 and 37865 of 2016 D.KRISHNAKUMAR.J The writ petitions have been filed challenging the impugned Government Order. At the time of admission, on hearing both sides, status quo was granted on 01.11.2016 in the interim stay petitions. The respondent has also filed vacate stay petitions. This Court, by an order dated 01.02.2018, has vacated the status quo order sofar as recruitment of the third respondent is concerned. The respondent could not able to appoint the Siddha Doctors in the respondent department. In view of the urgency, the interim order granted by this Court is made absolute. Consequently, the vacate stay petitions are closed.

2. Post the main writ petition "for final disposal on 07.01.2020.
