The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to to call for the records and quash the First Information Report pending investigation in Crime No.605 of 2012 on the file of Inspector of Police, M-1, Madhavaram Police Station, Chennai.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.605 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Thiruvotriyur Court and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.5512 of 2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Since, charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.605 of 2012, now, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
