CRL.O.P.No.26682 of 2016 Dr.P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail.

2. Offences alleged are under Sections 51 r/w 63 of Copy Right Act in Crime No.1267 of 2016.

3. Heard both sides.

4.The police complaint has been lodged alleging that the petitioner and others are indulging in selling pirated version of brand new Tamil films in the platform. Case property seized. He has no previous case.

5.In the facts and circumstances of the case , I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner;

(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
