Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 13.10.2021 and to issue patta by including the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs in Patta No.449 in S.No.30/4 situated at Kulikollai, Sorakayal Natham Village and Post, Natrampalli Taluk, Thirupattur District and to issue patta by removing the names of 15 unknown persons and include the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs in Patta No.343 in S.No.30/13 situated at Kulikollai, Sorakayal Natham Village and Post, Natrampalli Taluk, Thirupattur District. O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 13.10.2021 and to issue Patta by including the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs in Patta No.449 in S.No.30/4 situated at Kulikollai, Sorakayal Natham Village and Post, Natrampalli Taluk, Thirupattur District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and to issue Patta by removing the names of 15 unknown persons and include the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs in Patta No.343 in S.No.30/13 situated at Kulikollai, Sorakayal Natham Village and Post, Natrampalli Taluk, Thirupattur District.

2. The petitioner applied for Patta before the third respondent. However, the said request was rejected and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent on 13.10.2021. However, the said appeal has not been taken into consideration by the second respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent is directed to take the appeal filed by the petitioner on file and after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
