.. Respondent Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A4/2206/2013, dated 09.10.2013, served on the petitioner on 24.10.2013, quash the same.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the respondent dated 09.10.2013, in and by which, the petitioner is directed to hand over the possession of the Shop No.8, Block No.30, within a period of seven days.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to hand over the shop to the respondents forthwith and that the petitioner had taken away all the articles and it is under lock. The respondent can very well take possession of the shop.

3.The learned Standing counsel on instructions from the Commissioner, Coonoor Municipality, who is present before this Court, submitted that there is no arrears from the petitioner and they are ready take possession of the shop.

4. In the light of the above submission, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further adjudication is required https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in this Writ Petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
