C.M.P.Nos.19789 and 19790 of in S.A.Nos.238 & 239 of 2010 and M.P.Nos.1 and 1 of 2010 R.PONGIAPPAN, J., Today, when these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are taken up for hearing, M/s.C.Prasanna Venkatesh, learned counsel appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing and submitted that, she takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents in these petitions, are not having any objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Hence, in view of the above, both these petitions, are allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the appeals and post these matters on 22.12.2021.
