Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records relating to he order G.O.(D) No.619, Health and Family Welfare (A1) Dept. dt. 04.05.2007 passed by the 1st Respondent as communicated by the 2nd Respondent in Letter Ref.No.7512/E1/1/07-Prom (OG) dt. 07.05.2007 and quash the same in so far as the 4th Respondent is concerned and direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to post the Petitioner as Reader at Thanjavur.
