Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 14.03.2024, the applicant had filed a memo dated 13.04.2024, stating that the Vehicle was sold by virtue of public auction on 12.02.2024 for a sum of Rs.3,10,000/-.

2. The aforesaid memo filed by the applicant is taken on record and hence, no further order is required in this application.
