Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petition dated 24.08.2021 filed by the petitioner under Sections 82 & 83 of Registration Act within stipulated period fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a direction directing the first respondent to dispose of the petition dated 24.08.2021 filed by the petitioner under Sections 82 & 83 of Registration Act within stipulated period fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard, Mr.M.Manohar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The petitioner lodged complaint as against the sale deed executed by the respondents 3 to 5 herein in favour of the sixth respondent. According to the petitioner, it is a fraudulent one and as such the petitioner lodged complaint to enquire before the first respondent, which is now pending without consideration.

4. Considering the same, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 herein and conduct enquiry and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on the petition dated 24.08.2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
