Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur, the first respondent herein, to provide administrative assistance on an expeditious basis, to take possession of the secured asset with respect to the petition filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, bearing Crl.M.P. SR.No.4532/2020 filed by the petitioner on 03.11.2020 pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur, without insisting the petitioner to provide the tallied loan aggregate amount and non performing account date to be mentioned in the statement of accounts.
