ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to secure and produce the detenu, the son of the petitioner viz., Murthy @ Bramhamurthi, son of Mariappan, aged about 26 years before this Court and set him free, the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenu has been arrested on 19.08.2019 in connection with the cases in Crime Nos.302, 301, 297 and 298 of 2019 on the file of the Madipakkam Police Station and remanded to judicial custody by the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
