ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th Respondent to consider the petitioners application No. FL/59/2021 dated 01.02.2021 and direct the 4th respondet herein to survey the petitioners lands measuring 0.10.0 hectares or 25 cents comprised in S.No.443/1B under patta No. 4929 situated in Mookondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and cancel the sub division in S. No. 443 and to issue new patta to the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted an application in Application No. FL/59/2021 on 01.02.2021 with a request to measure the property, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application/petition of the petitioner dated 01.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application to survey the properties, 2/4

cancel the sub division in S. No. 443 and to issue new patta to the petitioner comprised in 0.10.0 hectares or 25 cents comprised in S.No.443/1B under patta No. 4929 situated in Mookondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
