This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 236 days in filing the appeal as against the judgment dated 29.08.2024 passed in Spl.S.C.No.24 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court Exclusively to deal with Offence under the POCSO Act at Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 236 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
