O R D E R
This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025 and fix a time frame to dispose of the petitioner's case in Case No.MSFC/CR/412/2024 pending on the file of the Micro and Small Enterprises Faciliation Council (MSMEFC).
2. The petitioner is engaged in the business of manufacturing leather footwear such as shoes, Sandals, chappals, leather-cum-rubber/plastic sandals and chappals. The Company obtained Udyam Registration No.Udyam TN30-0006791, issued for micro/small unit as per MSMED Act, 2006. Whielso, the petitioner company supplied goods to Callidus Shoes Makers Pvt Ltd from 24.04.2023 to 13.10.2023, worth Rs.72,94,108.64, for which a sum of Rs.43,28,194.20 was left unpaid till date. The petitioner states that Page No.2 of 6
consequentially, Callidus Shoes Makers Pvt Ltd owed the petitioner company the principal amount of Rs.43,28,194.20 and interest of Rs.9,78,156.62, totalling Rs.53,06,350.82. The petitioner took several steps for recovering the dues from Callidus Shoe Makers Pvt Ltd, but failed in all its attempts. Hence, the petitioner approached MSME facilitation council in Case No.MSEFC/CR/412/2024 for appropriate relief. According to the petitioner, on the date of first hearing, as Court notice to the Callidus Shoes Makers Pvt Ltd, was returned the matter was simply adjourned. Since there was no progress for over a period of eight months, the petitioner submitted a representation on 12.06.2025, for speedy disposal of the case. However, no action was taken by the respondent, and so the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be issued to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. With consent of both counsels, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances and the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner in Case No.MSEFC/CR/412/2024 and the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitoner and the rival party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
