Crl.O.P.No.22185 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., This Court had already granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 26.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, No representation for the petitioner. Further, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, the interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court is cancelled.

Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Further, the respondent police is directed to secure the accused.
