Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in the judgment in order passed by Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal, in S.C.No.122 of 2016 vide his order dated 21.08.2019 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.A.No.880 of 2021 before this Honourable Court and thereby render justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to this effect.
