ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the Complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.12.2020 Vide CSR.No.106120 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner lodged the complaint as early as on 29.12.2020 and CSR was assigned, no action has been taken by the Respondent till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint made by the petitioner, CSR No.106 of 2020 was assigned, the petitioner and the counter complainant were called for enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and thereafter after conducting the enquiry the same was closed on 05.09.2021 and the closure report is yet to be served on the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the Respondent police shall serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
