This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8434 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 11644 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the final report has been filed on completion of investigation.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
