Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.6404/C5/E1/2010 dated 18.09.2010 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Tamil Pandit with effect from the date of promotion of the second respondent, namely, 18.09.2010 and grant him all consequential benefits.
