These petitions have been filed to relax the condition No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.14872 & 12933 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023 & 13.06.2023 respectively.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.14872 & 12933 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023 & 13.06.2023 respectively is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th working day of every month until further orders.
