This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.8(b) in order dated 09.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.11099 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in this matter and the same was taken on file as Spl.SC.No.97 of 2023 by the Court, concerned.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
