PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation dated 11.08.2016 by conducting enquiry and to initiate action against the 3rd and the 4th respondents within a stipulated time. For Petitioner : Mr.N.Vijaya Baskar For R1 & R2 : Mr.A.Kumar Spl.Government Pleader.

O R D E R

After some elaborate arguments advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. The respondents have stated that they do not have initiated corporate punishment in the School, the petitioner has also given an apology letter dated 10.08.2016, to the correspondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the school authorities has stated no objection for closing the apology letter.

2. The petitioner is not attending the classes from 10.08.2016. The petitioner has already submitted his apology letter and ready to attend the classes from 19.01.2017. The school was ready to sympathetically consider the apology letter of the petitioner and by considering the pendency of the writ petition before this Court from 02.09.2016 and the absence of the petitioner from 03.08.2016 will be duly considered by the school authorities and appropriate orders will be passed.

3. Insofar as the pendency of the writ petition, the same is pending before this Court from 08.09.2016 as per the writ petition is pending by this Court from 08.09.2016 onwards taking into consideration, absence will be duly given to consider and pass appropriate orders.

4. Recording the submissions so made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
