O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Ms.B.Manimegalai, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died and the legal heirs of the petitioner do not intend to proceed with the matter and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed, if any. There shall be no orders as to costs.
