ORDER

This petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner representation dated 01.07.2025 for taking appropriate action against the 5th respondent for spreading false and frivolous information in the social media platforms affecting the public peace. .

2. Today, the President of the fifth respondent is produced before this Court on bailable warrant ordered on 12.08.2025. He undertook before this Court that he will not interfere with the petitioner and his wife. In this regard, he has filed an affidavit of undertaking. The said affidavit of undertaking is recorded.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. It is made clear that if any violation takes place by the fifth respondent, the police officials are directed to take action as per law. 25.08.2025 dhk Index :Yes/No To
