Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Graduate Assistant (English) with reference to the B.Ed., in Special Education and to appoint on the basis of the rank assigned in the written examination pursuant to the Notification made in Advt. No.3/2006-07 of Direct Recruitment of Graduate Assistant for Government Middle/High/Higher Secondary School 2006-07 along with others forthwith.

Subsequent to the filing of these writ petitions, petitioners were appointed in the very same post.

2. In view of the above, since nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions, these writ petitions are closed. No costs.
