O R D E R

The husband seeks transfer of OS No.73 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court at Trichy to the Family Court at Villupuram.

2. Transfer is sought for on the ground of convenience of the parties, since the wife is residing outside India and it will be difficult for the husband who is the resident of Chitlapakkam near Chennai to travel to Trichy for every hearing before the Family Court.

3. Heard Mr.K.Harikrishnan learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Sudha Ramalingam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Both counsel would submit that OS No.73 of 2021 could be transferred to the Sub Court at Perambalur, so that the parties can appear through counsel for non essential hearings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the submissions of the counsel, the suit in OS No.73 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court at Trichy, is withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Perambalur, to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law. The Subordinate Court, Perambalur, is required to dispose of the suit within the period of one year from the date of the receipt of the records from the transferor Court.

6. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
