This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.16107 of 2023 dated 01.08.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioners are regularly complying the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Recording the same, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Inspector of Police, Karur Town Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and also before the Inspector of Police, Mahalingapuram Police Station on receipt of summons.
