This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9238 of 2023 dated 05.07.2023 to report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9238 of 2023 dated 05.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
