WMP.Nos.31672 & 33343 of 2023 in Rev.AplW.SR.Nos.105248 & 133259 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J, These petitions have been filed to condone delay of 252 and 304 days in filing the review applications against the Order passed by this Court in Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos. 28222 & 31811 of 2017.

2. The review applications are sought to be filed seeking some clarifications in the Order passed by this Court.

3. The learned appearing for the New India Assurance company has produced the yield data and submitted that they will disburse the compensation as per the yield date available within them and based on the above submission, this Court has directed the New India Assurance Company Limited to pay the compensation to the members of the petitioner society as per the yield datz submitted before this Court.

4. Such being the position, no clarification is required and these petitions are dismissed. The petitioner shall comply the Order of this Court as per the guidelines.
