Prayer : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the learned XI-Small Causes Court, Chennai to dispose of RCOP.No.199 of 2018 within a time frame.

The petitioner seeks early disposal of RCOP.No.199 of 2018 on the file of th XI-Small Causes Court, Chennai, filed by her seeking eviction of the respondent. Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary.

2.It is seen from the E-Courts extract that has been produced that the Trial is almost over and the proceedings are being dragged on by the respondent by filing objections after objections. I am convinced that there should be a direction for early disposal of the Rent Control Original Proceedings. 3.Hence, the XI-Small Causes Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of RCOP.No.199 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of either a web copy or certified copy of this order. The Trial Court shall report such disposal to this Court.

4.This civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
