This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13231 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.2712 of 2023 dated 14.03.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that, as per the modified condition, petitioner is regularly appearing before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month from April 2023. He further submits that, investigation not yet completed.

3. In view of the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
