The learned Special Government Pleader states that on enquiry an order has been passed on 06.10.2016 to the effect that 26 ineligible persons had been granted the benefits, which had been cancelled. We raised a query to the learned Special Government Pleader as to what steps are taken for recovery of the amount improperly paid, as also fixing responsibility as to how these benefits were permitted to flow without verification.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader states that he will file a comprehensive status report atleast three days prior to the next date of hearing.
