ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to rectify the date mentioned in the proceedings as 26.02.2024 instead of 26.02.2025 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to dispose of the pending proceedings.

2.Heard Mr.G.Munuraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent produced the written instructions received from the respondent. It is seen that an enquiry has been conducted in this regard and the request made by the petitioner will be considered and the decision will be conveyed to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
