ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "The petitioners/accused are ordered to be released on bail on each of their execution of bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Alandur" imposed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, in Crl.M.P.No.3240 of 2023 by order dated 27.06.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, petitioners are not able to find persons, who are willing to stand as surety for the petitioners. Thus, he prays that petitioners may be released on bail on their own bond or to produce single surety for both the petitioners.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed this petition.

4. Considering the fact that, even if the petitioners are released on bail, it is informed that, they will be kept in Special Camp at Trichy till the completion of the trial, this Court is of the view that, common surety for a sum of Rs.10,000/- can be accepted for both the petitioners.

5. Therefore, Crl.M.P.No.3240 of 2023 by order dated 27.06.2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu is modified to the effect that, "The petitioners/accused are ordered to be released on bail on each of their execution of bond for Rs.10,000/- with a common surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Alandur"
